My name is Evon Reyes and I am the founder of Fearless Fighting Females. I am a certified women's self defense instructor of the Fight Like a Girl and Girls on Guard programs.  Certified by Steve Kardian of Defend University.  Steve Kardian is one of the nations go to experts on issues of women's safety and a national media consultant for CNN, Fox News, CBS & NBC.  I am also a black belt under Guro Sonny Mayo of the Doce Pares Filipino Martial Arts system all while being a mother of two boys and a marketing professional. I began my martial arts training over 7 years ago after my second child was born. My goal was to get in shape and lose the baby weight, but what I got out of my experience was much more. Not only am I in the best shape I have ever been, I have improved my confidence, attained skills I never imagined would be possible and best of all, gained a newfound respect for women willing to fight. We empower one another to be the best we can be and we pride ourselves on the dedication we have to our training. This is what the martial arts world has given to me and what I want to pass on to you.
